When you have pasta for dinner or lunch and you have leftovers, do not throw them away! You can cook a delicious frittata di pasta with the pasta leftovers from your previous meal! In this post I will show you how to do it!
First step: put your leftovers in the fridge (you need to do this the day before you plan to make the frittata)
Second step: whisk two eggs in a soup plate and whisk. Then add a pinch of salt and the pasta.
Third step: melt some butter in a pan and add the mixture of pasta and eggs. After a couple of minutes, turn the frittata over to let the other side cook too.
